  • My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

    Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email customercare@dejouer.com

  • What is your Returns Policy?

    All goods to be returned are only applicable for bras or any lingerie items that does not include a panty. Must be in original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 14 days upon receipt of parcel in order for de Jouer to proceed.

    Original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for de Jouer to proceed

    All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund or exchange.

    Note: For international orders,  must be in original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days upon receipt of parcel in order for de Jouer to proceed. You are responsible for duties and/or taxes as well.

    Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?

    "In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always call to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.

 


International Flat Rate Shipping

All international shipments will have a capped rate at MYR 10. International shipments are only available for Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand.
 
Please note that for all return shipping charges are free of charge ONLY within Peninsular Malaysia, as for EAST MALAYSIA and INTERNATIONAL return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
